The success criteria of all PDS interventions is to have a tangible impact in the behaviours of people that positively impact wellbeing, productivity & performance at both independent & interdependent levels.
This is why all support strategies include adherence protocols to facilitate & embed the desired change. To only provide the knowledge & skills of the tools & principles without supporting people through the difficult & challenging journey of individual & organisational change is like sharing with someone the principles of loosing weight then expecting them to apply those learnt principles daily for the next 12 months.

The robustness & flexibility of the PDS change support strategies are world leading & are one of the main reasons PDS is so successful at embedding new cultures & behaviours within organisations.
Although all interventions are bespoke & continually adjust based on the needs of all individuals involved in the journey; below is an example of one of my corporate interventions.
