The success criteria of all PDS interventions is to have a tangible impact in the behaviours of people that positively impact wellbeing, productivity & performance at both independent & interdependent levels.

 

This is why all support strategies include adherence protocols to facilitate & embed the desired change. To only provide the knowledge & skills of the tools & principles without supporting people through the difficult & challenging journey of individual & organisational change is like sharing with someone the principles of loosing weight then expecting them to apply those learnt principles daily for the next 12 months.

The robustness & flexibility of the PDS change support strategies are world leading & are one of the main reasons PDS is so successful at embedding new cultures & behaviours within organisations.

 

Although all interventions are bespoke & continually adjust based on the needs of all individuals involved in the journey; below is an example of one of my corporate interventions.

Success Criteria

To embed a world leading interdependent environment while developing effective ‘coaches’ at all levels of management to facilitate self-reliant, confident & motivated teams that enhance each other’s every day behaviours through the pursuit of their own excellence.

 

Adherence Support Steps

  • Support 1 - Management support groups for hot & cold reviews (behaviour lead)

  • Support 2 – weekly online conference call mentoring to managers

  • Support 3 – monthly mentoring & training half days

 

Intervention Timeline

 

Month 1 

  • Mark Bennett ‘win hearts & minds delivery’, set up lighthouse & ‘none negotiable’ behaviours, explain contextual UAEs (unacceptable, acceptable, exceptional)

  • Weekly online support groups established & used (to self-review pre agreed behaviours)

  • 3 x weekly conference call support

 

Month 2

  • Mark Bennett – half day mentoring & training session

  • 3 x weekly conference call support

  • Weekly online support groups maintained (to self-review pre agreed behaviours)

 

Month 3

  • Mark Bennett – half day mentoring & training session

  • 3 x weekly conference call support

  • Weekly online support groups maintained (to self-review pre agreed behaviours)

 

Month 4

  • Mark Bennett – half day mentoring & training session

  • 3 x weekly conference call support

  • Weekly online support groups maintained (to self-review pre agreed behaviours)

 

Month 5

  • Mark Bennett – half day mentoring & training session

  • 3 x weekly conference call support

  • Weekly online support groups maintained (to self-review pre agreed behaviours)

 

Month 6

  • Mark Bennett – half day mentoring & training session

  • 3 x weekly conference call support

  • Weekly online support groups maintained (to self-review pre agreed behaviours)

  • Intervention Review – half day (can be same day as mentoring & training day)

 

Beyond Month 6

Support will be based on the review & future needs
